Airsoft used to be one of my favorite hobbies. When I was 14 me and my buddies went to play each other just like we always did. Being young and stupid, I decided to keep my mask up when I didn't think we were near the enemy team. Of course the day I decided to do this, a kid laying under leafs in a pine grove shot at me from about 15 feet away with a sniper rifle. The BB went through my right eyelid and lodged into my eye. My right eye filled up with blood and the pressure created a tear in the back which still slightly exists to this day. Hospital trip.. lucky to still have my eye and be able to see with perfect vision in it.. only blind for about a month.. Probably luckiest moment of my life. My mom kept thinking of A Christmas Story and "You'll shoot your eye out kid."
Anyway, to cut to the chase, My buddys father nicknamed me Right Eye Ryan because of Left Eye Lucy from the rap/hip-hop group TLC. The name just stuck and I'm still called that by everyone.

Holy shit.

Every now and then I get a pain in my tail bone/ass area. Maybe only once a year. It starts out as no big deal, just a slightly uncomfortable feeling. It will then build into a full on crippling, can-barely-walk, pain explosion in my ass over the course of a couple days. Then, after a couple of days it just fades away.

I thought that this was Sciatica. Its not. It turns out I have Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. The SI Joint is the joint between your pelvis and tailbone. On occasion mine just works its way out of alignment and HOLY SHIT! IT FUCKING HURTS!!!

Find yourself a good osteopath. My SI joint seized up a couple of times while recovering from a broken knee. Just mild lower back pain but I couldn't stand straight and had trouble keeping my balance. My osteopath fixed me up good both times. Instantly. It's worth looking into.

I just though, "What would a cool username be?" and the first thing I though was Silver.
