Restoration worker meets urban explorers!

I took a nice drive up Guanella Pass, and ended up in Georgetown. I was photographing all the historic buildings in the downtown area, then I came across the school on my way out of town. I was taking photos over the fence, and a construction guy was finishing up his work for the day & saw me taking pictures. He asked me if I wanted to take a look inside! It was one of those *turn around* while pointing at your chest, not believing that he's talking to you moments!

Take a moment to check out the photos from this exclusive tour!!!

So when the restoration guy was giving me a tour of the school in August, he mentioned that he has been working on the project for a couple years now and a few times he'll be working away and look up & see a couple of people (presumably explorers)! He asks them "May I help you?" and they respond, "Uh, no, we're just looking around."

He then said that he's all thinking that "Uh, well you're not supposed to be in here." and seemed totally confused why anyone would want to "just look around" in that place! He is desensitized to the magic of the place! Thought it was funny that he told me this little story & I was wondering if it was any of you guys that got inside & met up with him accidentally!
