  Even if they are sealed, if the barrel is iron, it will rust to the poin that it is no longer watertight.

  Thouse look like they are sealed but like SnArF sed things rust out and its not good to leave that kind of stuff around.
Do the right thing, call it in.

  this needs to be picked up. it was irresponsible do dump it in such a fragile environment. Just last year it was so dry that the magnification effect from a beer bottle left on the ground started a fire.
