Description
The old bridge deck has been partitioned with these stupid plastic blocks, that are way too easy to run into while dodging people on a bicycle. Perhaps they're meant to prevent the weight of large vehicles from damaging what remains of the bridge.

  Only to walk or bike, or drivers with official business on Pigeon Key, including the tram that runs hourly part of the day.

  I think this is because they want vehicles to stay on the center of the bridge which is the strongest part. That's roughly the original size of the bridge when trains used to cross.
