ripped asbestos insulated pipe. lifting dust can be dangerous there. Wall plaster was often asbestos added to make stronger. Falling plaster=falling asbestos.

a ten minutes trip like I did, alone with no dust lifting expose yourself to minimal harmful asbestos exposure. going there just after that people have work or with many people stepping on the dust is dangerous.

yeah its sure ... but , all the windows is broken , there a lot of breeze , so the air always move , and the asbestos fiber is always present in the air !!! and the higher level is more critic , cux there is no wooden boarding !
