I couldn't smell many things other than the general nastiness because when I checked this place out I already had a horrible upper respiratory infection that was congesting me. Some parts of the house have different smells however. For example, the basement reeked of coffee, and I couldn't figure it out until I realized I was standing on a floor of Sanka. I actually still have pneumonia as of today but the antibiotics are helping quite considerably.
Of course, there is an upside to getting sick like this... C0ugh s1zurp! I've been downing Robitussin like a freakin' champion.

Was the freezer open when you got there? Just blows my mind how rusty those cans are.
And check out the 'gravy' under the bottom shelf! Don't wanna get THAT on you.

Geez... it brings back memories of a freezer full of meat that was forgotten when a storm blew down some power lines. I will refrain from an extremely graphic description, but will say that we hauled the freezer to the dump because we simply could not get the smell out!

I helped my dad on some moving jobs last summer and one of them was like that. Is sad to see someone living in these conditions. I won't give too much details about the fridge contents, but it was not exactly my best day of my life and the fridge was also leaking on the floor. I have a strong health and it makes me coughing for three days after that hell.

Damn, that has been in there a log, long, time. This is one of the most tragic UE's I've seen.

That's really bad... I had to clean out a refrigerator in an RV once that had been improperly prepared for storage and grew mold, I can't imagine what one that's actually sat full of rotting food would be like. I donned a respirator for that job.

Rule number 28 of UE: Never open the fridge.

Usually I can recognize at least one item in a UE fridge. I see nothing in here that looks familiar because of all the decay...
