The brown boarded up door was the main enterance and that is where the stuff was sold. The part of the building on the left was the storage for the store. Often the scouts would beg for their soda to be a mixture of all the different flavors and was referred to as a "suicide soda". There was once a small basketball hoop setup where the kids would pay $.10 for 3 shots and if they made it they got a free soda (which cost $.25 in the late 70's/early 80's).
