Yeah, that's the Grand Hotel, turned Delta turned Hyatt or I lost count of the name changes... anyway, yes, that's that it is.

This is actually the Tour de la Bourse under construction, probably taken in 1964. You can see the aluminum spandrels of the tower being installed on the tower. The lower structure is the one that used to contain the stock exchange. The Hyatt was only built in 1976 - the lot that would occupy the land once that triangular building was demiloshed would remain fallow until the hotel was built.
