The monorail was de-commisioned because of A malfunction with one of the cars. Health and safety deemed the ride unsafe after multible maintainance repairs on such ride. The monorail in my own words have never thought of the ride being dangerous either as a ride or now as a piece history that has been claimed by the one and only mother nature.
