i think that was building 17... but i could be talkin out of my derrier... one of the cottages, facing out the window to the west... they're all so similar its hard to remember

its in the billy talent video, but perhaps it isn't really there or is a different tree.. I've also been there a few times and never come across this magical tire swing tree

The tire swing is in between the the houses and the group of buildings, including 18,17 etc. You could probably figure it out from the map.
