  Rap, you can put those First Need untis in a bucket of pee, and come up with drinking water. The only thing they won't take out is radioactivity. I trust my life to them.

  Solar stills rock, because they are completely self sufficient. No power or pumping or anything. The down side is that even under perfect circumstances, you will max out at about a quart a day. Won't keep you alive in the desert on a quart a day.
