i think that's an old International pickup... these are incredibly rare in the northeast as they were rotboxes of the Nth order.

IH rotbox indeed, gotta clean used door there, 4WD and ag-tags all good to go haul some hay or sheep dip etc
most IH pick trucks wound up like this junker decades ago when they stopped running you just left them where ever they died
the Scouts on the other hand are more likely to be found in running order if not restored to some degree

most department of motor vehicle records only go back seven years at best... some not even back 5 years.

Do most states make license plates searchable online cause I've never been able to find one. I've found plenty of other information though.
