that's definately from the woods, it's a nasty case of poison oak, the bubbly appearance is a dead giveaway....... that's why all of you got the "burns"........ google "poison oak", look at the images, and it looks just like your rash............

to add the above, it also could have been poison sumac or posion ivy, they all have the same rash............
