They razor wired a climbable ledge near this picture.. and I did a walk around on the perimeter (which didn't go out too well, since apparently it's 5-6km around, and it doesn't look back to the main street).. and spotted the guard. They've stepped it up from a parka to a fully uniformed security guard, complete with a declared Ford Focus. When I came back around, he was gone, I saw him patrolling.. looking for me (he was driving really slowly, looking at every nook and cranny).. if it weren't in the middle of winter, I would have attempted it.. but, had I tried, he would have picked me off easily. You dont see that much anymore because they have better and safer ways to distribute electricity. I doubt this would even meet code now a days.
