High Voltage Utility transformers. The entire room should be 2 layers of brick, providing minimal protection in the event of a transformer/ switch failure. This equipment is abondoned property of Winnipeg hydro.

Each one of theas is 250 kva, as a 3 phase bank this would have been 750 kva. There was quite a bit of power leaving this room. I would hope that none of this contained PCBs Its also posible that the company owned this equipment and not the utility they would get better electrical rates that way
