  le plâtre contenait de l'amiante, pour démolir le bâtiment ils ont décidé de faire un chantier extérieur. Dans ce cas, la chose contenant de l'amiante doit être entourer de toile orange dépassant d'au moins 3' . Au lieu de construire des échaffaudage qui partent au vent ils on planté des poteaux et tendu la toile autour.

  they wrapped the building using those poles with plastic to take it down without the asbestos blowing everywhere.

  it does somewhat blows everywhere but like that they followed the regualtion.

  Oh yea, I was there one day and all you could say was that Most of it is contained-- still all kinds of stuff flying out, just picture a front end loader in there and you will say WTF! are these people trying to kid anybody, LOL
