This is the backside of the main elevators. They apparently used to be main freight elevators for the plant before the back walls were cut out and (relatively) modern passenger elevators were installed in the side-by-side shafts. On the upper floors, there are still doors from the old elevators. They are welded shut and feature signage like this. The ceiling meathook tracks in the rooms and hallways go through these doors and there would have been tracks inside the elevator as well.
