Nah, this was up in one of the elevator shafts, up one of the ladders I climbed. THWN2 is basically right -- it might even be 1950s, but it's a series of fuse boxes. Old round fuses.

I would say 1930s 40s the wire trough on top is black with black conduit those fuse boxes i would put a date of of 30s 40s .By the 50s every thing was grey pained accept fore BULLDOG they were still black .When i did service changes which was my specialty i ALWAYS ASKED WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT plus i have old electrical books from the 1920s,40s ,50s ect. Not much wire bending room in those Westinghouse starters.
