Lower level is the parkade, open on the sides. Upper level is a big, open floor-plan market, much like a big warehouse but designed to have more character. It's been abandoned for a while, securely boarded up and guarded, but over the last couple years(?) has it gone to the dogs. A section of the market used to bridge the creek, but this has been demolished and the creek's banks restored.
