I'm pretty sure around Hattiesburg would be the midpoint, but I'm willing to drive far, so pretty much anywhere would be within my range.

Just how ghetto is the area around the Cloverleaf mall? I know it is pretty close to the college. I was planning on getting a room around there for the night. Is it safe to stay in that area with kids?
