	My bad. Am I the only idiot who has infiltrated active prison property? Course, I will say that if I had read this thread before hand (or talked to Blackhawk) I may not have tried it. And YES I did get caught. Luckily my social engineering skills were right on target that day.

	We went int he power plant parking lot near the building, and it turns up that the building in the picture is connected to the power plant! The power plant is for the prison, and it is active as ever. I think it would be a bad call to go in now, I had no clue it was actually a part of the damn power plant untill yesterday. The siren is for the prison's FD which is in the same parking lot as the power plant (best guess) so my mom is going to talk to some of her friends in charge of that stuff to see if they can help any. ~One kick ass mom!
