So give this little tutorial a read to learn the basics about posting images.
I would recommand you upload the images directly from your computer that way there is no issue with Flickr embed code or "image is unavailable". You can do this using the "Quick Gallery Creator" which is found below the text box that you type your posts into.

p.s. It's funny how many people refer to urban exploring as "UER'ing" as UER is a website and UE is the hobby.
