|  | | | This message mainly pertains to anyone in the Chicago-land area, and it is in regards to an article I am writing on Urban Exploration.
I'm looking for people from around the city to share a few stories or thoughts on Urban Exploration. Why it appeals to you, some of the more intense situations you've been in involving Urbex, what you think about the general public and authority's views on Urban Exploration, etc.
I do not necessarily need to meet with people in person, and instant messaging or a chat over the phone will suffice. Having said this, it would be nice to have a few face-to-face conversations with anyone who is willing to meet in person at their convenience.
I have been involved in Urbex for many years now, mostly with close friends in the Northern burbs, and would like to get a feel of what Urbex in the city is like. Don't let this discourage you from conversing if your experience has also been more suburban. That would be fitting as well.

| | | | I was a reporter for many years before I had my babies. I wrote a few pieces locally about UE and found all feedback to be positive. I say, go for it. And just because someone is asking about talking to someone to write an article, you all shouldn't get your panties up in a bunch. Let the kid write.

Yeah, I'm kind of a huge lurker :/
I've been thinking of starting a thread with one of my earlier ventures into a half abandoned powerhouse in my home town, maybe I'll do that this weekend.
Anyways, even small chats would be appreciated. I understand if you don't want to giver personal information, and will let you know what I plan on using for the article in the future so you can omit what you want.
