| | | Nice! 1. This is great. Awesome subject from one of my favorite places! It could have benefited from having the tripod lower to put the sofa in a more prominent position, or you could try cropping it to 4x5. Maybe move to the side so the furniture has some depth, too. The tones seems a tad flat, but theyre still good.
2. My favorite of the set, I really liked this when I saw it on your flickr after you posted it. The light on the horizon is awesome, and the composition is great. My only critique is that the tree and house are cut off in a distracting manner... maybe back up and pan to the right a little.
3. Also seems like it could have benefited from being a little wider. The lines are cool, but its too tight. It also looks a little crooked. These are digital, no? That orange painted metal is pretty cool, you should bump it up in post.
4. Needs to be wider, the doors are cut off on all sides, so its not very compelling to look at. Its also a bit underexposed.
5. Nice composition and lines, but its way underexposed, there are no highlights. You could easily fix it in post.

| | | I like the second one a lot, but agree with Will that the frame cutting through the tree trunk being distracting. I like the colors and some of the elements of #3, but ultimately it bores me a little. Might be a more compelling shot with some cropped off the top.

| | | 1 looks like it belongs in a dictionary next to the definition of UE. Peeling paint and lonely chairs! 2 I agree with the others about the framing. Also I think you could do to crop the other sides tighter in some way.

| | | 2 is a good shot mate... if it was recropped to show all of the house (as others have suggested) it would be boring.

| | | I love number two. By far my favorite of the set. I'm a big fan of the light streaming through the broken windows.

| | | 1. lighting in this is pretty good, but the chair (the main subject) is darkened compared to the rest of the photo. it takes away from it a little bit. also the composition is pointed too downward for my liking. if you dropped your tripod and leveled your lens i feel it would have made a huge different. 2. this is awesome, pretty tight comp and awesome lighting - my favorite of the set. 3. your vertical lines are off and in a shot like this they MAKE the shot. also if you stepped to your right and used that leading line better from the corner of the shot it would be much easier on the eye. exposure looks pretty good. 4. i'm sorry but this is just not good. it's pointed down, crooked and way under exposed. the colors/curves are also off. 5. nice comp, bad exposure. way under exposed and again with the lighting off on the main subject. the chair is darker than everything else and everything else is way under exposed
