I'm here along with El Tidy and After nothing. We are all from the Fox Valley area. East Central part of the state for all you westerners out there.

Ah, it's good to see the dairy state isn't as dead as I thought it was. If anyone - who doesn't mind the cold =P - is up for a group explore, hit me with a PM and we'll see what happens.

If you want to protect the locations you love to explore, don't talk about them online in public!
If you want to make exploring friends, send people private messages! Meet up in real life! Get off the internet!

It's funny that you are sick of Twin Cities explorers. I don't believe any of us have ever met you in person. Strange that you would become sick of what's one of the greatest exploring communities in America when you haven't gone exploring with any of us. Oh well. Your loss, I guess.

I met a couple Madison folks at a documentary screening in University of Wisconsin Madison back in October. They got really interested in exploring and have gone out several times now. They came all the way out to Dubuque, Iowa for an explorer meet-up and also came up to the Twin Cities this past January for Mouser Week. I could probably get you in contact with them if you are interested.

For sure! I'd love to know of some other people here who go out exploring. So far I haven't had a whole lot of luck on that front. That would be wonderful!

I'm from the Kenosha Area, southeastern corner, i could walk into Illinois from my house, in about ten minutes.

I am new to the site and urban exploring in general. I did some urban exploring as a kid, but I think you could call that more of being a kid.

I am into survivalism, anarcho politics, and art. This kind of makes the perfect storm of interests that doesn't involve any felonies. I am hoping to make this a life time hobby, but for now, I am kind of perusing the forums and picking up wisdom before I perform any kind of infiltration.

Oh, I have nothing against felons, except anything related to sex crimes and purposeful homicide. I understand people make mistakes, then they serve their time and their debt is paid, in my honest opinion. However, I am quite cautious and do not plan urbexing anything that may result in anything more than trespassing tickets.
