It's surprising to see an absence of bullet holes and smashed glass.

Nice find.

Cool car.
I think getting the angle lower would have helped. They have that “Eye level, looking down” look.

That's an excellent car. I wouldn't mind taking it home and fixing it up.

The second photo should contain the entire headlight and the fourth is fuzzy and blurry. also what nick said

The 4th one was fuzzy cause I took it through the window. I started to open the door and it started to fall off! I slammed it shut real quick. I didn't want it to fall on my foot! Ouch!

That would've sucked. I guess that car is beyond repair then.

That car is just begging for an overhaul.

pimp that ride!

very cool find...usually car finds are more recent shitheaps, but finding a Packard is pretty rare i would think.

Packard did not last many years beyond when that car was built. They were more or less gone by the late 50's. I would put the car in the photos somewhere around a 1951 model or so.

Sorry Wenn, what was I thinking when I critiqued your photos.
This must be the Packard lovers forum.

I am going to tentatively say that this is a Packard 200 which was made between 1951 and 1952. The reason being is that there are no louvers on the rear quarters. Also notice it has an automatic transmission. Packard was an early adopter of that technology.
