(Almost) Dead and Gone

Quite nice house, sadly it have been empty for many years or even decades...
Story that I've been told is that owner died, and the heirs didn't get mutual understanding about what to do, keep or sell. So it was left there to die alone.Everyone can imagine what that means... Some way it is very sad.

For the ghosts:

Very strange style:

Last cup of tea:

Open doors (for the past by memories):

Here I am, waiting for you (with bloody mouth):

(All in hdr)

Always love your use of HDR.

A mirage is not an optical illusion. It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the fantasy of the human mind.

Gah. Welcome to the 1970s.

To critique, there was no need to "HDR" the last shot. Nothing that could be adversely blown out. Great photos otherwise.

That wallpaper is nuts. The last one reminded me of a gloomy bear

Actually I have to disagree; it was so damned dark in there, late autumn evening, working exposure's did get over 1 second with my PowerShot, and by that the bear did stay too dark to see (fine) and that back of the bed did (almost) blow out. So I think that hdr...

Again.

These seem to be really grainy and have a lot of noise.
It may just be this monitor, but otherwise, incredible shots!

the wallpaper is awesome. The bear is really cool, but kinda sad also.

40+ year olds with Myspace pages are not cool, they are pediphiles on the prowl. Buyer beware.

I really like the photo of the cup. It looks like they just got up from the table to get the paper; like they would be right back to finish their morning tea, brush the crap off of the table top, and think about painting the window.
