How's it hangin'? Look mate, I wouldn't get baited into any arguments with these guys. It's not the place for it. If Doug has no respect for other users here, then that's his issue, but no point in dragging out issues or defending your self against unfounded accusations in public, especially when it came out of the blue like that. If Doug wishes to throw out accusations then tell him to PM you or email you or something like that....I mean, if he is really that interested, as opposed to wanting to make a public spectacle of the whole thing. None of this crap (from the moment "Dougo" entered the thread)is on topic anymore, so don't let him get it to spiral even more into the irrelevant. So Doug, and others, if you have any questions, send me a message. PS. I don't have a problem with Doug either. We just like tickling each other now and then, so nothing for anyone to worry about Over and out. [last edit 5/7/2008 4:02 PM by STUD69 - edited 1 times]

I know its way off topic, but i'm having so much fun, it really makes me laugh. Doug thinks i'm my brother (Panic) but since i'm not then anything he says is a laugh. Also it looks like he knows more about my brother than i do, but thats not surprising since Panic has not spoken to me for 6 months and even then doesn't tell me much. But if any of the Cave Clan want to actually meet and verify i'm not Panic, i'm availabile Tue to Thu at the top end of the City (Melbourne) as i work in Lygon Street. I would love to get a picture of their faces when the realise they are being such idiots. Puggs [last edit 5/7/2008 9:40 PM by Puggs - edited 1 times]

What 3 days? Ohhhh, you think I log on here as soon as I get the chance to see "Panic's Days Of His Life". So do we actually call you Puggs now or what? Have you killed Panic off? How did it happen? A vile of poison as you wandered through your favourite drain? Cheers, Doug.

Panic and Puggs live in the same time zone so it's more suss that they are actually in a different timezone. Cheers, Doug.

Apiologies to l'objet i was going to leave it, but... 'Panic and Puggs' so we are now 2 different people, too you long enough to work that out, or have you always know and just like to argue Last i heard yes Panic was in Canberra and i'm in Melbourne so yes we should be in the same timezone. But TPG seems to think i'm in Brisbane, but that still should put us in the same timezone. So i can't explain the 6hrs... Puggs

Haha Panic, you could never leave it alone. Maybe you're not seeing the obvious point I was making - you're in the same timezone because... Cheers, Doug

| | | i could only watch the first video maybe it was the use of the word ' elite' that first made me allergic to wanting to watch the other vieos, or the use of the 'anon' style voice over// , meh and u wander why u get such reactions so blackwattle has been only explored by a few, and cause its accessible via heavy seg manhole ? well we know that isn't true - and the first to docuement stinky the rat ? lol...i suspect u may find oppostition to such a simplistic claim many ppl have explored blackwattle and it's a walk in at the right tide i have no issue with ur concept of promoting urbex but really this is shameless if u stopped trying to make it like you are 'elite ' or ' the first ' then it may have been received better by myself, but in my late night had too much scotch about to go to sleep but hang on what's this b/s i find in my urbex surfing state - then all i can say is //// well............. nice try anyway, find a better use for your spare time i love a good urbex video but the angle u approached this with is laughable

| | | @Hatsumi; else Hey buddy, I've been reading this thread, and so far all I've seen is crap and criticism from Cave Clan. Is this a true reflection of how Cave Clan explorers act? Or are you two (Doug/Hatsumi) Cave Clan outcasts? Negativity (especially negative criticism) isn't really necessary and it doesn't help, and the way you phrase it makes you seem like an egotistical jerkoff. Call it what you like, but I don't think it's the nicest of things to do; come into someone's thread and derail like this. (are you female? Last time I checked, Hatsumi was a girl's name) Lots of Love, Rookie. <3

| | | this thread died ages ago, just like the posters reputation...so why revive it? History check.. quote: 2. You need to dislike the Cave Clan. This seems a little strange and bizarre, but there is a lot of anymosity between the groups. We have had Cave Clan plants come on the forum, info has been leaked, rumours have been started and passed around and other nasty little things have occured. By being anti Cave Clan your position as a member is clear. This stops any finger pointing or accusations if further issues arise. It's a sad situation, but a real one unfortunately. Due to the fact that things between the two groups have become personal, we want to have faith in where our members stand and so we can rely on their support, if required. There is no room for fence sitting on this topic. So think about this carefully if you get an invitation. so no surprises we don't spring forth with lots of hugs and well wishes when they post something ps. you've lurked for four months and this is the single only post you've ever made ?

| | | Here at URB-X we're no mother's club. Whilst some hibernate, we explore. We are currently almost midway through out Sydney and Newcastle Expo. The trip intensity is high. We did 6 locations just yesterday, but many more to go. If any explorers want to join us, please send a PM. We have transport and accommodation is organised. We have room for 2 more people. We found 2 new topsides, not done and in pristine condition. We also have 3 more topsides on our radar in Sydney alone, and about 7 in Newcastle. The Newcastle leg will start on Monday. In the PM please include contact details. [last edit 6/18/2008 9:09 AM by STUD69 - edited 1 times]

Lol, Doug started Cave Clan and still helps run it. I think you're getting a bit muddled, lol, not that its easy to follow. Hatsumi has been in Cave Clan for about 2 years. There are ppl who've been rejected by the Cave Clan for whatever reasons. They have since done things like call the cops on expos, taken ppl to court for trivial matters, plastered defamatory info and graff all round Australian cities and generally tried to thwart the group. What only reinforces the wrong position that these rejected ppl are in is the fact that other explorers in places like NYC, Calgary, Scotland and Paris have also borne the brunt of their antics upon welcoming them to their cities. The likes of Doug created urban exploring in Australia and have kept it going in a very harmonious and organised fashion for over 20 years. From my 11 years experience with Australian explorers, its not the Cave Clan that cause problems. [last edit 6/19/2008 1:08 AM by siologen - edited 1 times]

| | | These vids are pretty good. The only thing i was perplexed about was how out of sync the images n info where. You've got narration regarding Blackwattle with images of Darling Harbour and vice versa. Also, lol, sadly, Blackwattle Bay is still a sewer overflow. in fact its worse than its ever been. The turds i saw down there a few months back defied logic .
