throw out the crappy disposable masks and don't worry about the cost of replacement filters either, i have the answer.

these masks sell for about $35 at home depot and for $38 i had it shipped to my door with 100 filters

just thought i'd pass along the info

i've been exploring for quite a while and had one of these masks already that a friend gave me and in my search for replacement filters i came across this deal

also look for info on a new flashlight i will be testing for ue it is an led/xenon combo, looks to be perfect for ue

Can you post a direct link to the mask? That link doesn't seem to work...

Thats odd, the link did work when I first saw the post, because I clicked it and checked out the mask (which seems to be a really good deal btw)...

Yeah, I did the same. I'm hoping the deal hasn't ended, because that was pretty sweet. I did a search on the company's site and didn't find anything about it.... damn it.

that is odd about the link, must be the way their ecommerece crap was setup (poorly) but yeah the deal is still available and like was said it is under emergecny products about 1/3 of the way down.

Also the new flashlight (the one i mentioned in my first post) came today, so far i am impressed with it, and hopefully will get to test it out this weekend as i have tentative plans to hit pennhurst, and if not will test at kings park psych center next weekend.

Yeah the masks were great and the flashlight was absolutely amazing, everyone who saw it over the weekend was impressed. Real masks made things much more enjoyable, especially once they formed to our faces and weren't irritating the tops of our noses. The flashlight is definately the perfect one for ue smaller than a maglite and more versatile and considerably longer battery life. Also seemed to work well for the few photos i used it for. I found myself using it in its first mode which is jsut 5 of the 10 leds illuminated and it was plenty of light. It is well diffused and probably less likely to give you away than the glow of a maglite.

Were the masks an okay size? It says on the site that they are size medium. Usually I get things in large. How did they fit?

they have adjustable straps so thats not a problem, the faice peice takes a lil bit of time to break in and after that its good. Im kinda small so i didnt have any problems, Phreak has a biger head and nose but he fit good.
