I've never met anyone through this site so don't worry. I don't know anyone on it personally except a few friends who happen to read the site. I don't think they really read the forums.
I was thinking that it will be something like 'I'm going to be wearing a red shirt and have a purple bow in my hair' or something. I used to have purple hair, and so it made things like this very simple.  Any ideas on how to make it easier?

Would definately be nice to have all day, but it's looking like I'm only going to be available late afternoon / evening / night that day... I can't really reschedule work that day. Sadly, that is still the best date of those listed.
What about the idea of people meeting up at a site earlier in the day, then doing dinner, then heading to another site in the evening? Those who are free all day get two sites, those who are interested but can't get there until later (or have to get home early) could only do half if they wanted.
Just a thought.

this sounds great.
Those that could come early can meet-up at hellhouse, and chill there for a while. then we all go to double-T diner and have a bit of dinner. then afterwards everyone who is left goes to henryton perhaps? this sounds really fun. StephiG said she can dye her hair green to help us meet up.
we should try to have the details finalized at the latest by the 14th.(assuming we're sticking with the 21'st as our day.)

we should get it sorted out as soon as possible and thenp post it in the events listing.

Looks good so far. I'll most likely have to join up at dinner and the second half (although I really want to hit Hell House some time).

make a private UEMD board. Its easy. In fact, I may do it...
there, a Private Maryland board exists. UEMD. I added pretty much everyone that said they would be interested in attending, and send me a PM if you want to be added.
