|  | | | As may be know, a project concerning the Malt Plant is being discussed and may eventually take place in the coming months (most likely spring or summer time). The project mentioned here is not related to construction, but rather to movie making.
My concern here is whether the Plant will stay available in the near future (possibility to rent), or if it will be sold, altered or even brought down by the owner (new or old). It would also be important for the place be practicable, workable.
Since many of you know the location well (even 'live in it' for some) it would also be interesting to hear your take on the project, but most importantly, your knowledge could be of great importance in case the project goes any further. My request is for those interested on commenting or giving advice to contact me by mail (via infiltration or directly to '[email protected]').

Dans mon petit sac que je traîne toujours j'ai : ben des batteries, une lampe de poche, une caméra, une clé USB, un lecteur MP3 et un tournevis.
Faut toujours être prête, on sait jamais quand un building abandonné va apparaître :o)

lol ouais j'avais vraiment pas prévu me rammaser la moi lol j'ia voulu aller le montrer a 2 de mes ami pis avais un trou pas mal trop invitent dans cloture javais meme pas ma slr jetais en soulier pis en jeans on a essaier de s'éclairer avec nos lighter mais pas fort fort une flame de lighter lol

By the way,if you go to the malt plant,be VERY CAUTIOUS on the roofs.The various cinema crews covered the holes with a thin layer of garbage bags....so now we can't see the holes...under the snow....and if you step on it...Goodbye ! So try to maybe avoid it in winter !

If anyone had asked me about the future there 10 years ago I would have said the entire perimeter would just be one huge wall of welded steel panels LOL.
So in many ways it hasnt changed at all!
