| | | I couldn't find my answer elsewhere, so I thought I'd post here... Av, what are you using for uploads to show the current progress? I love that control, and would like to use it on my own site if at all possible.

| | | It's a custom component I made myself I used ASPUpload -- this server-side uploading control has a feature which allows a pop-up window to open on the client side, showing the upload progress in HTML. It's really ugly, it's problematic because popups are blocked on most computers, and it's somewhat confusing. I decided that there had to be a better way, so I wrote the basics from the popup into a flash application which could sit on the same page, showing real-time progress. I think it works quite well. Unfortunately, it's pretty specific to my server, it wouldn't work too well on someone else's server. -av
