|  | | | AvChat 3.0 is here, and now in beta stage.
New features since version 2.3 include:
- Multiple channel support, so individual groups can have their own channel
- Time-tested IRC-like interface and command structure
- Private chat with someone else (or yourself)
- More options, including font size and sound volume
- Dynamic window setup, with full window controls.
- Right-Click options
- Command history by using ctrl-up and ctrl-down
Recent Additions:
- Right-Click menu on windowbar buttons
- Buffer size option
- No Colour Mode option for slower computers (still under construction)
- Icons added to windows
- Colour Schemes!
- Channels store who set the topic and when
- Scroll bars for main window
- No scroll when you're not scrolled to the bottom
- Basic OP and VOICE support
- Channel settings - only ops set topic, etc (right-click window bar to access)
- Locking topic to ops only
Note: Flash Player 7 is required.

I'm hoping to make AvChat available on all of the UER interfaces, since people can now have individual channels.
To-Do List (not in order):
- Channel permissions (ops, voice, etc)
- Admin commands (kick, ban, etc)
- Channel modes (moderation, private, passworded, etc)
- Name list is sorted alphabetically
- Whois command
- Channel registration / administration
- Right-click on 'channelbar'
- Remembering of window positions
- Page feature
- Auto-Reconnect
- Online notifications when someone comes into chat
- Red text on channelbar shows when there's activity
- Possibly a way for it to tell when you're focused elsewhere
- and more!

Also (Av), what protocol is the chat using? Other flash applications work just fine, so I assume the backend is using something obscure? I might be able to set up my connection for it if I knew what it was using.
Turn off the internet and go play outside.
