They have appeared under Australia. This might cause John Howard some grief - they should be listed under Micronesia, or perhaps Oceania. Or even the US as they both looked after by the US Govt... Indeed they are not! If continents are the top-level sort criteria, then where does 'Hawaii' fall? It is certainly not in 'North America', but it is in the same ocean as Guam, Saipan, Rota, Tinian. Hawaii is also a US-led possession, just like these others too (except it has 'statehood', just like some on these islands want for themselves too). There is no real definition to what is or isn't a continent...
