|  | | | I just read a thread about some other explorers who have explored places that gave such bad vibes they had to leave! Id love to hear other peoples experiences with these kinds of places. Negative energys. Ive never been yet to a place like that. But im a rookie. Stories please

Once you've been to a million of these kinds of places and nothing ever happens, you eventually realize that stuff like what you're describing is just purely psychological. Sure, we've all been in lots of places that were very creepy looking, and if you're not used to that, that can be scary. There were some times, back when I first started exploring, that the "creepy" feeling was pretty strong and overwhelming at some places. But having returned more recently to some of the creepier places that used to scare me in the early days, I now feel absolutely nothing other than admiration for the beauty of my surroundings.

| | | | BSS did that on my first visit, but I was new to this and didn't know much. I had alot of caution that didn't really make sense then and certainly doesn't when I look back. Something did feel unexplainably fucked up about it.
Revisiting the place I only find now that I'm off my game. I have trouble shooting and focusing. I'm more edgy and less confident, which is abnormal now're days. I still believe it's because there's just some off feel and bad vibes to the place.

You're only lucky in that you're not in the same situation and living in an abandoned structure. The majority of squatters are friendly, harmless, and normally evasive.

| | | | Im not saying im not fortunate at all. Im saying ive only been to abit more then a handful of places so far and i have never experienced squatters or a place with a sad or negative vibe. Im sure that day will come. Some of the houses with the belongings left behind make me think. I wonder where the owners went or what they were like and the situation that made them leave all worldly belongings in their former home.

I guess you could call me superstitious but it seems that whenever i have a bad feeling and i decide to book it outta there, i hear about someone who got hurt in the building i was in or police roll up just after i get off of the property. I wouldn't say i believe in ghosts but i also do get eerie feelings skulking around some places that are different than just my 'bad gut feeling' that gets me out of trouble, that's really it for me.

| | | | Infrasound spooked the hell out of me at a quarry. It's near a large airport, with one corner facing the takeoff end some nights (They switch runways and directions based on wind). I believe it captures and funnels some of the acoustics from the takeoff, particularly infrasonic waves. The other jet sounds seem distant. Some nights, nothing. Others, you'll be walking along and feel a sudden rush of dread/fear/stalked/going to die.
