mmmm Chevy Caprice!
|
|
I found this at the site of a car scrapping operation of dubious legitimacy: Not sure what brand, model or make it is, but the shape and colors stood out to me. Anyone have any ideas? This was as close as I could get, since it was behind a bunch of larger cars and scrap.
"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there. |

Love that Caprice!

Don't have a pic, but found a c.-1930's sedan of some kind, Plymouth maybe, deep in the woods off a path close to an old limestone quarry in central PA. Right along the river, really had no business being there (the car, I mean). All the best shit is by rivers. So lucky to have one at my disposal. Full of secret shit.

*drooooooool* we seem to have something in common - rally racing. That is one gorgeous piece of machinery. Not many people realize that Porsche has deep roots in the rally world Sorry to hijack off topic folks - back to our scheduled programming......

I've found quite a number in a former towing yard, all of which have photos, but my most recent find was what looked like some 70's european sports car abandoned in the woods. Looks like either a volvo, or an opel maybe. I'll get a photo when i can, right now it's a little far to get to.
