Their film, or their processing? I prefer Fuji's overall range myself, but Kodak's NC, VC, and now Ektar, are stellar films. Provided they are processed properly of course... Neko.

This was film. THe developer is a solid company, and did a lot of commercial work. When ever I did shots working off from lens modifications, especially using filters that altered the shot in one or more ways, the quality quickly dropped. So I quit using their product. I could use Afga (when they still made their color film) and fuji and have a higher quality shot, and even sold a few of them. Kodak would become highly grainy with excessive color, and would pixilate badly on enlargements. Even the excessive color did not have to be through filters, but even open fields with a high mix of colors would cause the same problem. I did try two other developers just to make sure, but got the same results. So I have stayed away from Kodak.

But now with what I am seeing through the Ektar on this site, I am thinking of giving that a try.
