I don't understand why this forum went sour for no reason. Why are we trying to prove that the US economy is better or the Canadian economy is better or that we export maple syrup... what do we care. I was offering 2 places for the Road Trip, that's all. Take it or leave it but we don't give a flying F* about the US politics or Ohio's Million dollar GDP

I don't see why would you take it so badly? If you need any help exploring Quebec, I would be glad to help anyone if I have the information. If you are traveling to our beautiful province and need help on anything, I don't see why we wouldn't help you?

I think you missed my sarcasm.

My point was, and this goes with the points others have made, is that we do respect your wishes in exploring other areas. I have no problem helping other people explore or in disclosing locations, but I need to know that I can trust that individual. In addition, some people feel that disclosing information about locations online is taboo for good reasons. Cops and security frequent this board, as well as taggers and scrappers. Giving directions or location information is as bad as leading them by hand to a site. I don't many would complain if you were cordial in private messaging some northeast explorers, or at least acknowledging the wishes of some others who have been exploring these places you seek out for far longer than anyone else.

I know that if a certain explorer began spilling the beans on a certain prized location that only a handful of individuals know of, I'd request for their censure here. I put forth a lot of effort and time to find this location and to document it, and wish that it not be spoiled by loose lips that will eventually sink ships, if you catch my drift.

Thus he's not asking where or how to go. He is asking if people wish to share his car's space.

De tout façon en regardant le nombre de contribution à la DB en 5 ans de ce genre de personne, ont voit bien qu'ils ne partages pratiquement pas avec les explorateurs de sa propre région .... imaginez vous alors avec ceux d'autres région/pays.

I was in the Northeast recently, and I met very nice explorers. I had the chance to be invited by one of them for a great visit!! It's the same everywhere, there's good and bad world... By doing and sharing, it is more likely to have good experiences with other! Do not play that piss the farthest, we all have the same passion, right? Peace to all!

Well said. Now I think we should stop arguing with this guy...

No, I prefer not to share locations on the UER database. I have my own personal web-site, which is well linked and shared on this web-site and others.

"LOL"? So says the clueless individual who cannot check one's own signature or defined web-site in the profile. Furthermore, please ask for a translation because you have grossly misinterpreted my comment(s).

So say you, what have you contributed?

Nel, I was banned for helping to incite a mass-hysteria on the site years ago. I'm sure you can find many more on the bannation-list that you can find more serious than mine. I'm surprised you haven't gotten over that; you are the only one to reference it since AV graciously let me back on the site years ago.

Well, I was referring to the original poster; your photographs and contributions are amazing. I have enjoyed your work, and I do enjoy others but I rarely comment for a lack of time. I actually have free time at work now, which is why I am so active here lately

well almost 3/4 of Quebec is toundra/forest and not developped/ livable.

The 'livable' Quebec is much smaller.
