| | | | | Got grain? < on 9/16/2007 9:24 AM >
| | | I've had my eye on this place for quite some time. After some scouting in the dark and practicing my stealth (love to Ninj), Madi and I explored it recently. There are six silos total, each one of them empty and accessible. It's still active; a Wingfoot Tire company owns the site. I have no idea what they need the silos for. Although, there is a giant company logo on one of them. Advertising perhaps?
Inside silo 4, I'd say it's at least 70ft to the top.
Supper's ready!
That day was excellent for exploring.
Wish these two photos would have lined up. [last edit 9/17/2007 7:56 AM by istakebroad - edited 2 times]

| | | Nice find and great pics. Have to say though my personal favorite would be the boiled paint(?) pic. I do have to admit, it does look like something that my mother would make. God, she's such a horrible cook lol.

My father wouldn't do that, he's not that out of it. He's only stepped on nails, putting them through his foot, and while using a nail gun last month put the nail through his thumb. Therefore he's sooo much better than your dad ;)

It's cheaper to leave the silos in place than to tear them down, unless they need the land.
