Well, your on your way to becoming a first class explorer. There seems to be an "unwritten" rule that you just have to have a shot of the shitter. You have passed the first test.

| | | LOL I've been hanging around here long enough not to dare post a bathroom pic without a toilet shot! Did you notice the rock in there? I've heard of "sh-- a brick" but that's ridiculous!

| | | I have no clue how the tradition of the "shit hole" pictures got started in exploring. Apparently, us in the south ain't the only ones that do it. I see toilet shots in all kinds of places when I'm looking through the pictures on here. I would have never thought to post pictures of a crapper, but now, every time I go into a location, I make SURE I get that much sought after potty shot.

| | | I've got some ideas about the origin of the terlet shots. I've taken some shots myself and as near as I can figure it was because some locations are pretty well cleaned out and you can only take so many bare hallway and empty room shots. When you see a loo you can finally say there's something in here that isn't just bare walls. I'm gonna take a picture of this magnificent specimen of a commode. I think it might also be a good source of random destruction photos since pretty frequently the porcelain is quick to the vandals hammer.

| | | I never understood why the vandals always go for the crapper. Ever see the widely publicised video of the kids trashin the vacant house for sale? They took great pride in destroying the symbol of all that is civilized America, the flush toilet! Ive shot up some old junk cars and an abandoned TV or two in my younger days but never felt the urge to beat up, a defenseless toilet? Go figure.

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store. |

| | | I don't think it would even occur to me to shoot up a place like that. I want to see them stand forever (which is also unrealistic, I know). I think I'm going to have to go back to this place with another person who has a better camera, and get inside. Wish me luck.
