| | | You've got a good eye for color and for choosing what scenes to shoot, but I think you've got a number of near misses here. 1. Doesn't do much for me. I'm not putting it down--it's just not my taste. 2. I want to see this frame raised about 6 inches to include the horizontal section of that pipe. But I love the color and texture of this one. 3. This frame suffers from being slightly tilted. I would either crop out the edge of the doorway on the right, or do a slight rotation of the frame in photoshop. 4. Another nice scene that suffers from a fixable flaw. What appears to be the ceiling at the top of the frame is distracting to my eye. Take a little off the top, and you've got a nice image in my opinion. 5. The color of this clock photo is phenomenal. But again, the framing of the photo is off. I want to see the whole clock without the edges cut off. Or even better, I would show much more of that grayish/blue wall with just a small part of the clock in the corner of the frame. 6&7. No reaction. I'd take these out of the gallery. 8. Crop that window out to the right and let those beautiful blues stand out against the dark background. 9. Not much here. I'd take this one out too. 10. Interesting angle, but seeing those red pipes makes me want to see more. Did you shoot more frames closer up? Hope that helps.

| | | I think 9 looks better in the portraits you and JVac did together. I agree with most of what he said and yes 2 would be brilliant if you get the horizontal part of the pipe

It's just my preference. Broken window photos don't do anything for me unless there is something really special about them. Just know that I am very selective about what photos I like. It's not a bad photo, and I bet you'll find a lot of people like it.

| | | I agree with vance's points, many have composition elements that might look better if shot differently. The watermarks take away from the photos more often than not as well #1 is cool but a bit overexposed and a bit too much black space on the bottom. #7 doesn't interest me much, but I like #6 for the words in the background, the texture, and reflection of yourself in the glass, lots to look at. I'd just snip the sliver of grey off the bottom ;) Nice shots overall

Can you post it? That actually sounds really nice to have the contrast of the silver pipe against the cracked yellow paint. Let's see it.

| | | I like #5 a lot, but I can see the critcs view, could be better, but damn I like it stil. I love six, whic=sh yo had the whole door frame in it, but that is a cool pic. In a nice old barn wood frame that would look great hanging on my wall. Thanks for sharing, look forward to more of your pics.

| | | Ahhh! i see what you mean. The yellow paint stops at the top of your original frame. Then may I suggest this crop instead?

| | | I hope you don't think my comments were too harsh. I neglected to say that I do really like your images and the way you see color. I would not have spent the time critiquing your photos had I not been drawn to them in the first place. Like I said before, I am really picky about what I like in photos. My apologies if I came across to negatively. You've got some good stuff here. Keep it up.

| | | Get rid of your watermark entirely or place it in the picture, not the border, in small text. The saturation is a little much in some of these. The yellow and the reds. The first one seems a little bit under-saturated as well. Good work though! keep postin!
