| | | So I had a meeting not to far from a site this afternoon. After my business was concluded, I swung by Roswell Mill to snap a few photos. To my disappointment the place is fully involved in renovation. Unable to enter the structure, I played around with some of the exterior features. As a bit of a double whammy, there was supposed to be some really nifty old machinery lying about, but that too was gone. All I found was one lonely little gear. The pics aren't drop dead, but they are kinda artsy in an abstract kind of way.

| | | Good shots, I prefer B&W myself. No2 is almost an unbalanced picture but the vines at the top take away from that. If the vines on the right extend far enough you may want to try going back and putting the window on the left side of the frame and use the vines on the right to to balance the darkness of the window, that may result in a better pic. The last one didn't do anything for me, there was too much distraction by the leaves in front of the gear. Numbers 1 and 3 are the best with 3 taking the top spot, a fantastic pic. No4 is intersting, I kept coming back to it which is good, it just seemed a bit simple, some more mechanical artifacts would be helpful (yes I know that's all you found, it's just for future reference) [last edit 4/16/2006 6:25 PM by Core - edited 1 times]
