I got there on a tour, but it was a one-time opportunity, I didn't know they have regular tours there now, this is probably a newer thing. Given that, I don't know how different the current tours are from the one I took.

They now do a tour once a month, open to the public. I got to go everywhere pictured in your post. Haven't gotten around to going through pics as I've been awfully busy, but https://imgur.com/a/N3L6Oih has them all (of course imgur rearranged them). I asked how long they expected to continue the tours and while there was no definitive number, they claimed they weren't planning on stopping any time soon. They need public support to redevelop, and they think that's more likely if they offer the public tours. So yes, this is a limited time opportunity, it will eventually get turned into housing and businesses, but I have no idea of the timeline. Eventually I'll get around to going through the pics, normally I wouldn't just post the whole set, but it gives a decent idea of where you get to go. The next tour is July 24.
