Posted by bandi That's all very good to know, I have no idea why doctors don't tell you this stuff. I've also been fighting allergies most of my life, but had never considered the food allergy thing. I'll try the food elimination thing. Thank you for the info!

Unfortunately they don't take much time or do what needs to be done. Medical is an art not a science so results aren't straight line.
There's a lot of disinformation on the internet as well as useful and valid.
I had help but much I learned the hard way.
Give the pseudoephedrine another try, don't use it the evening though.
Try the DMSO, it's unique. Read up on it first though. You can also use it as a drug delivery systems; it drags almost anything through the skin with it. It is safe even in large amounts. It's related to MSM.
Food allergies will exacerbate respiratory symptoms and lower your threshold level for airborne ones. Once you get below the total threshold level you will be able to tolerate small amounts of allergens with no reaction.
Brown rice is almost always a safe food.
Just saying.
Raw goat milk if you like it and can get it is a total food. It heals.
●Eliminate all artificial sweetners 100%, these are know troublemakers even in the smallest amounts especially nutrasweet ie aspartame. Pure poison.
Stevia is probable ok though.
Ditch the high fructose corn syrup as much as possible especially in soft drinks; use sugar if you need sweet.
●Do not use NSAIDS, rebound effect and they cause other long term inflammation issues.
NSAIDS can cause a lot of trouble...
Interesting Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not a NSAIDS but don't go crazy with it.
Remember the vacuum cleaner thing.
Try increasing your zinc intake; use sublingual zinc gluconate lozenges for a month or two. Dissolve slowly in mouth as it's readily absorbed like that. A metallic taste that persists means you have enough, cut it back.
Chronic zinc and B vitamin subclinical deficiencies can play hell with you.
●If you -know- you do better in a different climate, make the jump. It's not fun, but this is about survival and living well.
I do better in a hot, dry climate, it eliminated a skin condition the doctors couldn't ID or treat.
I probably be dead now had I stayed in PA.
Lol, doctor heal thyself.
