le resto est toujours la!!! A ce que j'ai entendu, c'est monsieur Richard Arel, l'ancien proprietaire du populaire restaurant le Madrid, qui aujourd'hui est detruit, qui aurait achete ce restaurant la avec le terrain a une sortie plus loin que son ancien Madrid, il aurait des projets assez ambitieux pour le site.....a suivre!!
