| | | The documentary has a LOT of weakness, from uneven pacing, to messy focus of the narrative, to the documentarian trying to make "characters" out of some explorers interviewed. Had the documentary narrowed the focus instead of vainly trying to cover "everything", it might've been a bit better. That said, however... It's a fantastic time capsule glimpse at where our community was circa 2003-2005. There are a lot of familiar faces in the video who I never see anymore, but who were extremely active at the time. There are also a lot of familiar faces in the video who I still see all the time. A lot of locations shown in the video no longer exist, which is another reason this documentary is such a beautiful nostalgia trip. Despite my criticisms of the film, I have a lot of love for it, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone in this hobby looking for something to watch. As long as your expectations aren't too high, it can be a fun way to pass the time.
