On the rally team, we quickly learned that those wheels are virtually indestructible... stronger than the purpose built rally wheels (Speedline and Compomotive) we were running on cars. And a hell of a lot cheaper.

I think mine came off a '95 Outback. Great wheels, I think they're the best looking stock rims that came on that era's Soobs. They were the first mod I bought for that car; nothing makes a beater look good faster than a nice set of wheels to replace the steelies. Too bad those steelies have to going back on soon - winter is coming

you see my problem...
....the previous owner, Bondo Benny, rattle-canned the wheels without even cleaning them with el cheapo gold paint. they look poo in person.

That happened real close to where I live; the cop who fell into it was fine so it's officially hilarious. Knowing the geography around here, I'd say it was likely an old mine shaft or adit that collapsed. A local brewery even made a beer about it!
