I thought the video was very well done. As for the location, seemed interesting enough to me. I'd explore it any day.
Just keep in mind that the ultimate goal in urban exploration should be two fold. One, enjoy the location you are in - have fun. And two, document that location as it is on the day you are there. I think this video did that quiet well. At least these people seemed to have respect for the location. Something that's missing a lot these days.
It doesn't matter how "interesting" a location is or is not. It should still be photographed, video'd and documented. I thought the video was very nicely done and informative.
Just my two cents. Ok. That's all for my grumpy old man speech for today.
