More ol' grey girl.

I happened to find an old computer support type room aboard an old Battleship. I was busy and couldn't linger for long, but I did manage to whip out the old cell phone and grab a few shots. It looked like they just walked away and left stuff just as it was in the '80's. That's the last time anybody would have done any work here. Enjoy....

This ship is permanently docked in San Pedro.

She's open for tours, but the best spaces are not on the tour path.

Been working aboard since she arrived in L.A.

Use caution with the grandparents while descending the ships ladders and gangway. Just go slow and watch out for trip hazards... just one slip and they could really get hurt.

By all means take them, just wanted to let you know it can be hard for some folks.

Awesome to see the rest of the pics CR400!

Couldn't help but wonder what that room would look like today.

A desk, two laptops sitting there...

Give a person a match and they'll be warm for a minute, but light them on fire and they'll be warm for the rest of their life. =)

This ship is about an 8 hour drive from San Fran... But it's a nice drive.

hahaha. sometimes it takes longer then for others.

Thank you cr400 for mentioning that and will do. There starting to lose accessibility but if its a ladder i know they wont be able; If its stairs then its okay. Good looking out, Burplekush.

Interesting set CR. Guess when I come out there (and I am coming) I'll have to leave some time to board that famous battlewagon.
