| | | +1. Additionally, maybe try this: When you find an interesting subject, try and fill the frame with it.
I've no sense, I lick electric fence; I put barbed wire in my pants and do a Celtic dance. - My Canon 300D is beat to hell, a bit finicky, and a 'lil loose, much like everything else I own... http://www.youtube...atch?v=IvN10-n1NBc |

| | | Everything looks too green. It can be a neat effect, but you might want to play with the colour balance a bit.

Ive shot here before and the place is really that green. On top of the walls being green, The green trees are right up against the building casting green light in. It really is a pain.

| | | I like #5 & 8 for composition, although I think you could tighten up the angle you're shooting at and fill the frame more. I'd also suggest against allowing 'blocks' of subject to cut off the edge of the frame, like the right side of # 8. To compensate for this, shoot some floor or ceiling alongside the wall, so that it doesn't extend from one edge of the frame to the other. Make sure you're shooting parallel / plumb to your subject, and try to minimize the lens distortion. I'm stuck shooting with a cheap lens system myself, so to counter barrel distortion where possible I shoot either as far back as the subject allows, or I'll clean it up with some post production in photoshop. I prefer the inflate tool & warp tools to the camera corrections menu, but that's me personally. The others just seem kinda boring. Final thing I can suggest is to find a good (UE) subject, but then try to shoot the photo by looking at elements of the composition (or as abstract shapes) rather than objects. It helps to work out a better composition. Quickest and easiest way to do this is to squint your eyes until all you see are blobs of color, and then try to find an interesting view based off this. It will help to bring it all together.

| | | some of these are just way too dark, you cant make things out, but that seems to be the way you shoot. so i dunno.
